The Pocket Strategist is a Business Performance Consultancy that helps ambitious, service-based SMEs grow stronger businesses. We simplify what feels complicated, giving you practical strategies and the hands-on support you need to improve profit, streamline your operations, and build a strong, effective team.
We’re not like typical consultants who just offer advice. We make sure strategies actually get done, providing clear direction, straightforward guidance, and real accountability every step of the way.

Katherine
Katherine has over 16 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across Sales, Operations, and Recruitment, working with brands including Wrigleys, Debenhams, Screwfix, and LV= Insurance. And for the last 5 years has supported over 100 SMEs to grow their businesses.
Katherine knows how to cut through complexity and quickly spot what’s really holding a business back. Her straightforward, practical strategies help clients simplify operations, increase profits, and strengthen their teams. She is also a qualified NLP Practitioner and a West Country Women's Awards semi-finalist.

Hannah
Hannah keeps everything organised behind the scenes, making sure working with us is smooth and straightforward. A military spouse and former dental nurse, she’s now our go-to for getting things done.
Her zone of genius includes email marketing management (yes, even sorting out your inbox) and finding the perfect venues to make events effortless. With two teenagers, a house renovation on the go, and a love of reading and rugby, she brings calm, clarity, and a strong cup of tea to every task.
