I know what it’s like to juggle everything and still feel like you’re not getting ahead. Over my career, I’ve led teams, transformed operations, and recruited hundreds of people across industries, including household names like Debenhams, Screwfix, and LV= Insurance. From direct credit card sales at university to running my own business, I’ve seen every side of what it takes to drive results and make things happen.
Since founding The Pocket Strategist, I’ve worked with over 100 service-based business owners to streamline their operations, grow their teams, and build better businesses. And through all of it, I’ve learned one key truth: at the heart of every successful business is one thing—people.
With a BSc in Psychology, certifications as a Director of Operations and Online Business Manager, and now as a qualified NLP Practitioner, I bring a unique mix of strategy, structure, and insight into how people think and work. This means I can help you make smarter decisions, lead with confidence, and create a business that works for you—without working you to the ground.
But it’s not just about my qualifications (though if we ever need to talk wine, I’m a certified sommelier too!). It’s about real, practical results. My approach is straight-talking, actionable, and tailored to you.
